Sam joined the Nicol team in 2022. He assists with the financial reporting and underwriting of Nicol investment properties. He is also responsible for tracking financing quotes, tracking the progress and budgets on all active construction projects, and producing market-specific analysis reports. Prior to Nicol, Sam worked as an Investment Sales analyst for a brokerage company based in Dallas, Texas. Sam received a BBA from Southern Methodist University and received his MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Originally from Chicago, Sam has been in Nashville for two years.
