Rebecca Welch recently joined Nicol Investment Co. in May of 2025 as the Director of Asset Management, where she oversees the strategic performance, financial growth, and operational execution of the company’s multifamily real estate portfolio. With a strong focus on value creation, Rebecca leads initiatives in revenue optimization, expense control, and capital planning to drive long-term asset performance.
She collaborates closely with property management teams, leasing, and development partners to ensure alignment with investment objectives and market positioning. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Rebecca brings a data-driven approach to decision-making while fostering team collaboration and accountability.
Before her current role, Rebecca held the position of Vice President of Operations with RPM Living, with a focus on both operations and business development in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Prior to that, she held progressive positions with RAM Partners, LLC for two decades, developing an expertise in market analysis, budgeting, and investor reporting. She holds a reputation for balancing strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver consistent, measurable results across the portfolio.
