Kyle Burkett joined Nicol in 2017 and currently serves as Chief Operations Officer. In this role, he oversees the performance and strategic direction of the company’s Multifamily, Self Storage, Retail, and Senior investments. Kyle collaborates closely with the executive team to shape and implement Nicol’s growth strategy, while also directing all aspects of property operations, capital expenditures, and renovation/redevelopment programs.
Prior to joining Nicol, Kyle served as the Senior Director of Real Estate for Greystar, where he oversaw multifamily assets across Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Arkansas.
Kyle graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earning a Bachelor of Science in Enterprise Management and International Business. He further advanced his expertise by obtaining an Executive MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom, with a focus on global business strategy in markets such as the United States, Europe, and China.
