Kristen joined the Nicol team in 2015. She oversees the day-to-day administrative activities and creates a well-organized, harmonious workplace while assisting The Director of Accounting with monitoring the properties’ financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Kristen graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Learning. To further enhance her skills and knowledge, she obtained an accounting certificate from the Harvard Business School.
