Kathryn Roark has been a member of the Nicol team since 2015, overseeing all accounting functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness across the company’s property portfolio. With over 14 years of prior experience as an accountant and financial analyst in the healthcare sector, Kathryn brings extensive expertise in financial management and analysis to her role. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama and later completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Belmont University. Originally from Alabama, Kathryn has been proud to call Nashville home since 2001.
