Grant Nicol joined Nicol Investment Company in 2017 and currently serves as the Managing Director of Investments. Grant is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing acquisition and development activities. Prior to Nicol, he worked with Wells Fargo Securities in Charlotte and New York as an investment banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance and Real Estate Syndicated Finance groups. Grant received a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University and a MS in Real Estate Development from New York University.
