Claire Hohman joined Nicol as a Staff Accountant in 2025. In this role, she is responsible for assisting in the monthly financial packet review for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards. Her duties include uploading financial statements, extracting capital expenditure data, supporting the check run process, and performing bank reconciliations. Additionally, she manages the allocation of corporate credit card expenses, contributing to the integrity and efficiency of the company’s overall accounting operations. Claire graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. She is excited to continue expanding her knowledge of the real estate industry and values the ongoing learning opportunities her role provides.
