Jennifer Sepaniak joined the Nicol team in 2023 as President of The Bill Kitt Trust Company, a private family trust company. Jennifer began her career in 1996 at PYA, a public accounting firm, and she became a Certified Public Accountant in 1998. She continued working for PYA in Knoxville, Tennessee, and in Clearwater, Florida until 2003 when she joined a private family office as Controller. She was promoted to CFO in 2007, and she served as President from 2020 – 2023.
Jennifer holds Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration (summa cum laude) degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Knoxville, where she served on the board for seven years and as treasurer for six years. She was selected by her club as Rotarian of the Year in 2015. Jennifer is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Knoxville and a member of the 2012 Knoxville Business Journal “40 Under 40” class. Jennifer has served on the board of Community School of the Arts, the board of Peaceful Kingdom, the finance committee of Cokesbury United Methodist Church, and the Circle of Friends for Zoo Knoxville. She is also a member of Executive Women’s Association.
Jennifer and her husband, Matt, reside in Knoxville with their daughters.
