Kristen joined the Nicol team in 2015. As Director of Accounting and Administration, she ensures the seamless operation of day-to-day activities, fostering a well-organized and collaborative workplace culture. In addition to her administrative leadership, Kristen works closely with the Managing Director of Accounting to monitor the financial performance of the company’s properties, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Learning from the University of Memphis and earned an accounting certificate from Harvard Business School.
