Nashville, TN – August 26, 2019 – CBRE, on behalf of Nashville-based Nicol Investment Company, has facilitated the sale of Hayes House, a 201-unit apartment community in Nashville’s Hillsboro Village neighborhood. Built in two phases during 1924 and 1997, Hayes House is one of the most historic multifamily properties in the city. An undisclosed buyer assumed the in-place loan and acquired the community.

CBRE’s Russ Oldham, Brett Kingman, and Steve Massey represented the seller in the transaction.

Within 10 minutes walking distance from Hayes House are two of Nashville’s highly regarded universities, Vanderbilt and Belmont, while Lipscomb is less than a five-minute drive south. Together, the schools and Vanderbilt University Medical Center are home to nearly 30,000 students and more than 30,000 employees.
