Kyle Burkett joined the Nicol team in 2017. As the Head of Asset Management, he oversees the performance of all the company’s Multifamily, Self Storage, Retail, and Senior investments. Additionally, he is responsible for working directly with the executive team to define the company’s growth strategy as well as directs all property operations, capital expenditure, and renovation/redevelopment programs. Prior to Nicol, Kyle was the Director of Real Estate for Greystar overseeing all multifamily assets in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and Arkansas. Kyle graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a Bachelors of Science in Enterprise Management and International Business. He also earned his E.M.B.A. from Alliance Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom studying business strategy in markets such as the US, Europe, and China.
